Engineering IP Program Manager, Principal (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Manage IP development and delivery for hirify.global product business units and custom silicon programs.
• Define, communicate, and track dependencies, deliverables, milestones, and program status across engineering groups.
• Drive closure of IP specifications and requirements from conception through Mass Production Release.
• Lead weekly cross-functional reviews and provide regular program updates to executive stakeholders.
• Coordinate matrixed engineering managers and support Central Engineering program management processes.
• Execute lessons learned, manage risks, enforce agreed processes, and drive successful IP delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with 10–15 years of experience, or a master’s degree and/or PhD with 5–10 years of experience.
• 6+ years of experience as an Engineering Project Manager in the semiconductor industry preferred.
• 6+ years of experience as a mixed-signal IP designer; mixed-signal design management experience preferred.
• Broad knowledge of SoC/IC design flows, advanced process technologies, silicon development methodologies, ASIC, or microelectronics product development.
• Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, stakeholder partnership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
