MTS - Field Application Engineer (Taiwan)

What you will do

• Support customers throughout technology evaluation, design-win acquisition, tapeout, and post-tapeout activities.
• Prepare customized technical presentations and proposals that communicate hirify.global technology, capabilities, and value proposition.
• Translate customer requirements into design solutions and identify gaps or bottlenecks in the service portfolio.
• Coordinate customer design reviews, mock tapeouts, MPW and test-chip requirements, and tapeout logistics.
• Resolve technical issues and coordinate with product marketing, design solutions, technology development, Customer Engineering, and internal process experts.
• Support silicon functionality verification, product performance analysis, design-margin reviews, and customer feedback activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering; a master’s degree or equivalent is required.
• At least 6 years of experience in semiconductor IC design, system design, or semiconductor IC/system test.
• End-to-end experience from product concept through silicon validation.
• Experience with IC product design and IP, plus basic competence with design-environment enablement flows and tools.
• Strong understanding of silicon processing and device physics, with relevant semiconductor technology or design experience.
• Strong analytical, technical, project-management, communication, presentation, and customer-facing sales skills.

• Previous experience working in or with a semiconductor foundry.
