Focus on assisting with new-tool ramp-up, testing dysfunctional tools, and following maintenance and repair procedures.

Location: Manila, Philippines; onsite tool service and maintenance work.

What you will do

Operate shop machine tools and hand tools, including precision lathes, drills, jig borers, and milling machines.
Read specifications and use specialized IT programs to design and calculate tools.
Construct and repair tools, gauges, and intricate fixtures with synchronized parts.
Assist with initial ramp-up procedures for new tools.
Test tools and analyze malfunctions or dysfunctionalities.
Document maintenance and repair work and its results in internal systems.

Requirements

Ability to follow internal working rules, work instructions, and maintenance and repair procedures.
Ability to work with machine tools and hand tools used in tool and die operations.
Ability to read technical specifications and use specialized IT programs for tool design and calculation.
Ability to provide reliable service with a limited number and type of assigned machines.
