Finance & Strategy Lead (AI Healthcare)

Location: Hybrid, SF Office, United States

Salary: $150K–$176K annually, plus equity; base pay varies by U.S. geographic market and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

What you will do

• Develop financial plans and forecasts aligned with strategic objectives, and manage budgeting, variance analysis, and the financial planning cadence.
• Coordinate financial close and accounting processes with Financial Operations, including scalable workflows and documented best practices.
• Partner with teams across the organization to convert complex financial data into real-time insights for decision-making.
• Lead end-to-end automation of financial processes and systems using AI tooling, including reporting and insight generation.
• Support Finance leadership with board and investor presentations, executive reporting, and other strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Big 4 Audit, Transaction Services, Investing, Management Consulting, or a closely related field, including experience with technical accounting, financial modeling, valuation, and/or deal diligence.
• Proficiency in financial analysis and Microsoft Excel, with strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• A systems-architect mindset, with a focus on building and simplifying products and processes and willingness to engage with new systems and tools, including AI enablement.
• Experience researching, summarizing, and presenting complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Team-oriented approach and commitment to providing cross-functional service.
• Desire to build, contribute, and learn.

• Cross-functional FP&A operating experience in a fast-paced technology and/or healthcare environment.
