Finance & Strategy Lead (AI)

Location: Hybrid role based in the San Francisco office; compensation varies across U.S. geographic markets.

Salary: $150,000–$176,000 annual base pay, plus equity.

What you will do

• Develop financial plans and forecasts aligned with strategic objectives.
• Manage budgeting, variance analysis, and the financial planning cadence.
• Coordinate scalable financial close and accounting workflows with Financial Operations.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to turn complex financial data into actionable insights.
• Lead the automation of reporting, insight generation, and finance processes using AI tools.
• Support board and investor presentations and executive reporting with Finance leadership.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Big 4 Audit, Transaction Services, investing, management consulting, or a related field.
• Experience with technical accounting, financial modeling, valuation, or deal diligence.
• Strong financial analysis, data interpretation, and Microsoft Excel skills.
• Ability to design and simplify products, processes, systems, and tools, including AI-enabled solutions.
• Experience presenting complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders and strong communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related field.
