Training Coordinator

Location: Hybrid in Washington, DC

What you will do

• Coordinate logistics for Learning and Development activities, including space scheduling, shipping, hotel arrangements, and room setup.
• Manage training enrollment, reports, materials production, and administrative records.
• Support reporting metrics used to measure training effectiveness across the organization.
• Manage certification program fulfillment and training invoices and purchase orders.
• Respond to Learning Management System requests and questions through the team inbox.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• At least one year of experience in training administration or coordination.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to recognize, analyze, and solve problems.
• Ability to organize and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
