Lodging Intern, Riverbend

Location: Onsite in hirify.global, Wisconsin, United States. Minimum 12-week internship starting no later than May 18, 2027, and ending no earlier than August 7, 2027. Weekday and weekend shifts vary between 6:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.

Salary: $18.00 per hour. The offered rate may vary based on education and work location.

What you will do

• Train across assigned hospitality department functions and develop the ability to manage them independently.
• Support scheduling, daily communications, frontline staff interviews, and team coordination.
• Build member relationships, provide customer service, and solve operational issues.
• Serve as Manager on Duty and participate in performance management and evaluations.
• Learn assigned operational and financial systems, including Touch, Springer Miller, Infogenesis, Timesaver, Microsoft Office, and inventory management tools.
• Complete a final project and present internship learnings and results to the Executive Management Team.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled as a junior-level student in a four-year college program.
• Studying hospitality, resort, or spa management.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA and strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
