National College Leadership Program Trainee (Hospitality)

Location: Coppell, Texas, United States; trainees may be placed at hotel and event venues in major metropolitan markets across the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Europe. Flexibility to relocate is required.

Salary: $55,000.00–$55,001.00 per year, with potential bonuses or incentives after placement.

What you will do

• Complete a five-month Manager in Training program with rotations in technical, operations, and sales functions.
• Learn through hands-on work in venues alongside field leaders and instructor-led training at the Chicago corporate office.
• Manage floor operations to deliver service excellence, lead staff, and support performance and development.
• Control workforce and inventory costs while achieving operational goals.
• Guide customers through event experiences, identify suitable solutions, and support event revenue capture.
• Progress into an operations, production, or sales management role after successful completion of the program.

Requirements

• Four-year college degree with a BA or BS.
• At least one year of related professional experience or a combination of employment and internships.
• Strong interest in a management career with advancement opportunities.
• Excellent communication, listening, presentation, leadership, and customer-service skills.
• Technical aptitude and interest in new technology.
• Ability to work at hotel locations in major metropolitan markets and flexibility to relocate.

Nice to have

• Degree or experience in hospitality, business or management, communications, event management, or theater.
• Previous experience in management, operations, technology, or hospitality.
