Technical Project Manager (Legal Tech)

Location: Hybrid role based in Denver, Colorado, with at least 3 days per week in the office

Base salary: $100,000–$135,000 USD per year, plus eligibility for a company bonus plan.

What you will do

• Lead strategic R&D projects and integrations from inception through completion.
• Build and manage integrated project plans with clear ownership, milestones, and timelines.
• Manage active R&D integration programs through planning, tracking, reporting, and facilitation.
• Track RCDOs/OKRs, data quality, project visibility, and delivery risks for leadership.
• Identify dependencies, manage risks, escalate issues, and maintain project health.
• Bring structure to ambiguous, fast-moving initiatives across cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of project or program management experience in a technology environment.
• Experience supporting integration projects and leading technical projects in infrastructure, agile software development, or product development.
• Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, XP, or SAFe.
• Strong written, verbal, communication, and presentation skills across stakeholder levels.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
