Product Manager (Outbound) - New Products (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote - USA

Base salary: $133,900–$192,500 USD, plus potential bonus or incentive compensation, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Architect the field motion for assigned new product launches, including demos, proof-of-value structures, and scalable field materials.
• Conduct customer discovery, deep dives, and proof-of-value engagements to validate the launch approach.
• Test messaging hypotheses in live deals with Sales Engineering and diagnose competitive loss reasons.
• Analyze patterns across customer accounts and brief Product Management on product, positioning, and sales-motion gaps.
• Partner with Product Marketing to stress-test messaging and report what is working or needs to change.
• Own the General Availability handoff, documenting the validated motion and enabling the field to operate it independently.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management or Solutions/Sales Engineering within enterprise security.
• Ability to quickly synthesize unfamiliar products, form hypotheses, and build field motions from limited context.
• Experience working in pre-launch or early-stage product environments before an established playbook existed.
• Strong written and verbal communication with technical buyers, security teams, customers, and internal product stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, operational, and ownership skills, including turning field observations into actionable recommendations.
• Ability to work remotely from the USA.

Nice to have

• Experience with new product launches, design partnerships, early-access, or beta programs.
• Experience presenting in structured cross-functional forums such as proof-of-value reviews or launch and go-to-market syncs.
• Familiarity with enterprise security platforms such as CrowdStrike, Palo Alto Networks, Zscaler, Wiz, or Microsoft.
• Comfort using AI tools to synthesize qualitative input such as support tickets, call transcripts, and win/loss notes.
• Startup experience.
