Product Manager, Asset Performance (AI)

Location: Redwood City, California, United States. Regular travel to customer sites of 25% or more is required.

Salary: $161,000–$194,000 USD base pay annually, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Own the vision, roadmap, specifications, user experience, quality, positioning, and customer segmentation for SaaS asset performance products.
• Build AI applications addressing process optimization, reliability, predictive maintenance, field services, and manufacturing challenges.
• Translate hirify.global application capabilities into clear technical and business value for customers.
• Support pre-sales trials and pilots across the global customer base.
• Influence sales, engineering, customer success, and implementation teams to deliver product outcomes.
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with customers and support their digital transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in a STEM field; an MBA or Master of Science is preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in asset performance, reliability, optimization, and product management.
• Experience in or supporting complex manufacturing or energy businesses, with knowledge of asset performance management concepts and user personas.
• Strong verbal, written, communication, presentation, problem-solving, prioritization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work across business and technical domains and collaborate with customer-facing and internal teams.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship.

Nice to have

• MBA or Master of Science degree.
• Experience with big data, analytics, or data science.
• Interest or experience in supply chain, manufacturing, energy, life sciences, AI, cloud computing, or software development.
