Salary: $95,300–$158,800 annual base pay, plus eligibility for an annual incentive bonus.

What you will do
- Own defined features or workstreams in the Apply Portfolio, including product plans, requirements, priorities, delivery coordination, and success measures.
- Manage discovery, planning, development, launch, adoption, measurement, and continuous improvement.
- Engage customers, faculty, students, sales, customer success, implementation teams, and internal stakeholders to identify needs and prioritize requirements.
- Translate business and customer needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, prototypes, product documentation, and actionable requirements.
- Analyze usage, adoption, feedback, and operational data to guide product decisions and reporting.
- Support AI-enabled product strategy, product demonstrations, launch planning, training, customer enablement, and market rollout.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in product management, business analysis, implementation, customer success, or a related role.
- Experience with software products, SaaS platforms, data products, or technology-enabled services.
- Working knowledge of APIs, data structures, analytics, integrations, and software development workflows.
- Experience creating product documentation, requirements, user stories, process flows, or related delivery artifacts.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills across engineering, design, sales, customer success, and customer teams.
- Experience or strong interest in AI-driven product capabilities and using AI tools for requirements drafting, data analysis, and reporting.
Nice to have
- Experience in healthcare, nursing education, higher education, clinical simulation, or learning technology.
