Supply Chain & CSD Manager Americas (Supply Chain/Customer Service): Leading regional supply chain and customer service delivery operations across warehouses, shipping origins, and 16 countries in the Americas with an accent on service excellence, cost efficiency, and strategic alignment. Focus on optimizing supply networks, balancing demand and capacity, managing SAP master data, and developing the regional SCM organization.
Location: Mexico City, Mexico; hybrid work model with office located at Azcapotzalco CDMX Norte

What you will do
- Lead regional order management and supply chain operations across 9 warehouses and 8 shipping origins in the Americas.
- Ensure customer service delivery for sales operations across 16 countries while balancing demand, capacity, and inventory.
- Control warehouse, logistics, transportation, and external service provider costs.
- Execute tolling processes and support production footprint optimization.
- Align regional SCM and CSD organizations, systems, and processes with global business strategies.
- Lead performance management, talent development, succession planning, and continuous improvement across the SCM Americas organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Economic-Administrative Sciences, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; a master’s degree in Supply Chain Management is preferred.
- 5–7 years of experience in local or regional supply chain management with significant leadership responsibilities.
- Experience working in intercultural and cross-functional environments, including third-party logistics, warehouse, and freight operations.
- Strong strategic, analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and people leadership skills.
- Experience improving service levels, including OTIF, and managing net working capital.
- Proficiency in SAP, especially master data management and supply chain modules. Fluent English is required.
