Sr. Epic Analyst II (OpTime & Anesthesia)

Location: United States; assigned on-site support is required during go-lives and system upgrades. hirify.global operates locations in the New York area and Florida.

Salary: $121,792.21–$155,000.00 annually, excluding bonuses, differential pay, and benefits.

What you will do

• Analyze and document healthcare business operations, workflows, data collection, reports, and technical issues for Epic applications.
• Design, build, test, install, maintain, and enhance Epic OpTime and Anesthesia solutions.
• Coordinate with application leaders, project teams, business representatives, subject matter experts, end users, and Epic.
• Lead or facilitate meetings, contribute to project scoping and timelines, prioritize work, and resolve conflicts.
• Ensure quality assurance, change management, test script development, data conversion analysis, and end-to-end interface validation.
• Provide go-live, upgrade, rotating on-call, user troubleshooting, disaster recovery, and implementation support.

Requirements

• Epic certification in at least one application or progress toward Epic Graduate certification in the primary application is required.
• Three to four years of experience and a BA/BS degree or equivalent.
• Multiple Epic implementation experiences and cross-application integration knowledge.
• Healthcare experience is required.
• Strong oral and written communication, interpersonal, follow-up, process design, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Basic project management skills and proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
