What you will do

• Provide advanced system-level support for Epic Professional Billing and other complex clinical or financial applications.
• Install, configure, maintain, and support applications, operating systems, hardware, software, and reporting tools.
• Lead and participate in project planning, including defining goals, milestones, procedures, roles, resources, and timelines.
• Manage multiple projects, monitor progress, mitigate risks, and communicate status and issues to project stakeholders.
• Gather, translate, and communicate business or clinical requirements into technical solutions and recommended application practices.
• Educate and train users while collaborating with IT, clinical, operational, and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least 5 years of experience in technology and healthcare or a related industry.
• Advanced knowledge of systems analysis, application support, troubleshooting, and project management methodology.
• Ability to support more than one application module and work independently with limited guidance.
• Strong written and verbal communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate business or clinical requirements into technical solutions and provide guidance to other team members.
