Lead Analyst – Enterprise Resource Planning Strategy (Workday/Oracle Cloud)

Salary: $121,792.22–$164,724.00 annually

What you will do

• Partner with Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and other business stakeholders to define current-state processes, future-state requirements, and ERP roadmaps.
• Evaluate ERP capabilities, conduct fit-gap analyses, develop selection criteria and RFP content, and assess vendor solutions.
• Develop functional requirements, user stories, process flows, test scenarios, and design recommendations for ERP implementation and integration.
• Support data standards, governance, KPI definitions, reporting requirements, and analysis of ERP data.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI, automation, forecasting, approvals, exception handling, and advanced analytics to ERP workflows.
• Prepare training materials, support workshops and change management, and act as a functional ERP resource for users and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience as a business analyst or functional lead in ERP strategy, evaluation, or optimization, preferably in healthcare or another large, complex organization.
• Broad exposure to ERP platforms and modules including Finance, HCM, and Supply Chain, with strong preference for Workday or Oracle Cloud experience.
• Experience with ERP selection, design, optimization, requirements gathering, business process design, data analysis, and reporting.
• Understanding of integrations and data flows between ERP and related systems; deep technical development expertise is not required.
• Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, organizational, documentation, and consensus-building skills, with the ability to communicate across all organizational levels.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare operations and related regulatory or compliance considerations.
• Formal project management experience.
• Familiarity with cloud-based ERP platforms and AI-enabled capabilities.
