What you will do

• Support R&D initiatives involving artificial intelligence, large language models, automation, and robotic process automation.
• Learn business processes and consult with users about system inputs, processes, and outputs.
• Develop business and functional requirements, user stories, system documentation, workflow procedures, and data flows.
• Research system issues, analyze their impact, and support resolution planning.
• Coordinate requirements, sprint schedules, trade-offs, and showcases between business and technology teams.
• Manage system change requests and documentation supporting implementations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, business, engineering, analytics, or a related field.
• Ability to analyze business processes and communicate requirements clearly.
• Strong written, verbal, organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn in a project-based environment.

Nice to have

• Internship, academic project, co-op, or entry-level experience in business analysis, technology, process improvement, data, or automation.
• Knowledge of generative AI, machine learning, LLM use cases, prompt design, retrieval-augmented generation, AI agents, or evaluation methods.
• Experience with Python, APIs, data manipulation, RPA, workflow automation, process mapping, Agile methods, or user stories.
• Familiarity with relational databases, system integrations, SDLC concepts, testing, Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart, Power Automate, or UiPath.
