Building Services Engineer

Location: Regent Street, London, United Kingdom. On-site role, Monday to Friday, 8:00–17:00.

What you will do

• Complete planned preventive maintenance, reactive repairs, and breakdown works across mechanical and electrical plant.
• Maintain and fault-find air-conditioning, UPS, generator, low-voltage, and other critical building systems using graphical information, alarm data, and the BMS.
• Monitor environmental conditions and keep plant and building systems in serviceable condition.
• Supervise subcontractors, administer work approvals, and monitor safe maintenance activities on site.
• Operate permit-to-work and LOTO systems, prepare risk assessments and method statements, and support a safe working environment.
• Maintain Maximo or another computerised maintenance management system with accurate PPM, reactive-work, and site-activity records.

Requirements

• Relevant knowledge of air conditioning, UPS, generators, and low-voltage systems.
• Ability to fault-find using graphical information and current alarm data.
• Experience completing planned maintenance, reactive works, and breakdown response.
• Ability to supervise subcontractors and coordinate maintenance activities on an active site.
• Commitment to health and safety procedures, PPE, permits to work, LOTO, risk assessments, and accurate reporting.
