What you will do
- Perform electrical and mechanical building services duties.
- Work independently as the single engineer on site.
- Cover six floors of a static building.
- Carry out scheduled PPMs and reactive maintenance tasks.
- Liaise with clients and solve building services problems.
Requirements
- Minimum three years of experience in the Facilities Management industry.
- Full qualifications in either electrical or mechanical engineering components.
- Ability to travel independently to and from the Cambridge site using self-transport.
- Ability to perform both electrical and mechanical duties.
