Registered Nurse Weekend Float Full-Time Nights

Location: hirify.global Kishwaukee Hospital and hirify.global Valley West Hospital, Illinois

Salary: USD 37–59.20 per hour

What you will do

• Assess acutely ill patients and develop individualized nursing care plans.
• Coordinate and evaluate care delivery, documenting patient responses and progress.
• Direct care and determine the appropriate use of assistants involved in patient care.
• Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and ancillary staff.
• Participate in shared governance, committee work, and unit projects.
• Use research findings and available evidence to guide clinical decisions.

Requirements

• BSN or ADN from an accredited program; ADN holders must commit to obtaining a BSN within three years of starting the clinical nurse role.
• Current Illinois Registered Professional Nurse license required.
• Basic Life Support certification.
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and analytical skills.
• Emergency Room assignments require ACLS, PALS/ENPC, and TNCC or TNS within one year of hire.
• Pediatric Emergency Room assignments require Pediatric Advanced Life Support and TNCC within one year of hire; Non-Invasive Cardiology assignments require ACLS.
