TL;DR
Management Analyst (Business Analysis, Senior Analyst) (Business Analysis, Federal Programs): Analyzing management systems, administrative processes, federal programs, contracts, and resource needs for a government client with an accent on quantitative and qualitative research, compliance, and operational recommendations. Focus on evaluating deficiencies, coordinating cross-directorate projects, validating invoices and contract documentation, and supporting SharePoint-based workflows.

Location: Dunn Loring, Virginia, United States; hybrid schedule with 3 days on-site per week

Salary: $65,000–$90,000 per year

What you will do

  • Prepare recurring reports and documentation with recommendations for management programs, policies, and activities.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research on bureau initiatives, management functions, and administrative processes.
  • Develop resolution strategies for deficiencies and coordinate approvals with resource management stakeholders.
  • Evaluate programs and processes, prepare resource requests, and support strategic and performance efforts.
  • Support contract administration by monitoring compliance, deliverables, invoices, vouchers, claims, and supporting documentation.
  • Coordinate projects and taskers across directorates and provide SharePoint support.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in management analysis, strategy, resource management, or contract management.
  • BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, or a relevant business field.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills for working with clients, government agencies, and vendors.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerApps, Power Automate, SharePoint, and Office 365.
  • Knowledge of analytical and evaluation techniques, appropriations law, FAR, FTR, and related regulations and policies.
  • Must be eligible to obtain a Secret clearance and upgrade to a Top Secret clearance as required.

  • Strong analytical, research, briefing, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • CGFM or another relevant professional certification.
