Business Systems Analyst 2 (Health IT)

Location: Hybrid 60/40 onsite/remote in Durant, Oklahoma or Talihina, Oklahoma, United States. Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM.

What you will do

• Gather and validate business requirements through interviews, document analysis, surveys, use cases, and workflow analysis.
• Prepare requirements specifications, user interface guides, process maps, workflow diagrams, and functional and technical documentation.
• Conduct needs, organizational readiness, and impact assessments to identify opportunities for improving processes and system integration.
• Develop business cases, project scope, acceptance criteria, test plans, and user testing approaches with business owners and stakeholders.
• Execute test scripts, document results and defects, prepare training materials, and conduct user training.
• Communicate project updates through presentations, status reports, meeting minutes, agendas, and action items.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related field, or four years of related work experience.
• At least three years of relevant experience, including two years supporting customer issues, implementing technical solutions, improving processes, or performing related functions.
• Knowledge of the supported end-user field, including health, government, commerce, gaming, finance, legal, or human resources.
• Proficiency with Microsoft products and software such as Visio for generating process maps.
• Strong requirements elicitation, analysis, communication, organization, prioritization, and stakeholder relationship skills.

Nice to have

• Interest in obtaining ECBA, CCBA, CBAP, PMI-PBA, or PMI-PMP certification.
