Customer Experience Banker - Belton

Location: Belton, TX; office-based role. Applicants must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States.

What you will do

• Serve walk-in customers and provide accurate, efficient transaction processing.
• Identify consumer and business financial goals and recommend suitable deposit, loan, and other banking products.
• Build and grow customer relationships through follow-up, outbound calling, referrals, and a structured sales process.
• Educate customers about banking products, mobile services, online banking, and other technologies.
• Refer customers to relevant bank departments and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED plus at least 1 year of customer service or relevant military experience, or a bachelor's degree.
• Strong customer service, communication, presentation, sales, and relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of or ability to learn consumer deposit products and consumer lending.
• Additional background checks and fingerprinting may be required under NMLS regulations.
• Current authorization to work full-time in the United States is required.

Nice to have

• At least 1 year of customer service experience in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales.
• Cash-handling experience.
• Comfort using mobile services and online banking tools.
