What you will do

• Respond to customer needs accurately and promptly using available banking resources.
• Evaluate customer needs and recommend suitable financial products and services.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments, and other teller transactions.
• Achieve individual and team goals across sales, service, and operations.
• Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations, bank policies, audits, and operational requirements.
• Support banking centers across the region and build collaborative relationships with branch teams and business lines.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–2 years of customer service and needs-based banking sales experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of banking products, services, and branch transaction-processing systems.
• Strong customer service, teamwork, motivation, and adaptability.
• Must be legally authorized to work full-time in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Associate's or bachelor's degree.
• Established work history or equivalent experience, training, military service, or education.
