Performance & Resource, Senior Supervisor

Location: On-site at an SCE facility or field location in San Dimas, California, with up to 10% travel throughout the SCE service territory

Salary: $168,900–$253,300 per year

What you will do

• Manage district or grid performance metrics, monthly scorecards, feedback, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate work orders and schedules at a high level, planning workload three weeks or more into the future.
• Assign work to crews, maintain schedule balance and date compliance, and resolve operational issues.
• Establish and execute business objectives while improving productivity, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Supervise represented and non-represented employees, including personnel supporting yard management and project materials.
• Lead a safety-conscious culture and ensure adherence to applicable regulations, procedures, and Edison safety protocols.

Requirements

• At least four years of combined experience in electric-system design, metric analysis, construction, maintenance, or scheduling activities.
• Valid Class C driver's license.
• Ability to work on-site at an SCE facility or in the field.
• Ability to complete a NERC/CIP Personnel Risk Assessment or background investigation and required training before receiving unescorted site access.
• Ability to travel and work in the field for up to 10% of the time.

Nice to have

• Experience in electrical construction, planning, inspection, or coordination.
• Experience with the IPSEC model, scheduling procedures, performance metrics, and concurrent project management.
• Experience using ClickSchedule, SAP, Work It, Power BI, or SAS.
• Knowledge of EH&S policies, IBEW collective bargaining agreements, and labor relations.
• Experience as an operations supervisor, planning manager, field supervisor, energy delivery and distribution specialist, performance and resources analyst, or in a related PRS role.
