Drop Ship Lead

Location: Delran, New Jersey, United States; onsite warehouse role

Salary: $17.25–$32.00 USD per hour

What you will do

• Coordinate daily dropship operations, including picking, packing, scanning, labeling, and shipping customer orders.
• Lead, train, guide, and motivate warehouse associates while providing day-to-day direction.
• Monitor productivity and quality, maintain a target rate of 25 packages per hour, and support accurate, timely order completion.
• Load packages onto small-parcel carriers, palletize shipments, and replenish quick-pick locations.
• Operate material-handling equipment and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Provide feedback on warehouse staff performance to the Dropship Supervisor.

Requirements

• Forklift experience required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Three or more years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Previous lead, training, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of computers and warehouse systems.
• Ability to organize work, manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively, and lift up to 50 pounds.
