Warehouse/Wire Cutter Lead - 2nd Shift

Location: Commerce City, Colorado, United States; onsite, Monday–Friday, 11:30 a.m.–8:00 p.m.

Wage: $26.50–$28.00 per hour, plus a $1.25 per-hour shift premium.

What you will do

• Lead daily Value-Added Services operations, including wire cutting, pipe cutting, inventory control, safety, and housekeeping.
• Assign work in the wire and pipe departments and provide daily instructions and support to associates.
• Identify operational deficiencies, communicate improvement opportunities, and partner with other functions to resolve errors.
• Ensure required training is completed and perform Associate Level 1, 2, and 3 tasks as needed.
• Escalate policy, procedure, legal, and operational concerns to supervisors and managers.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license.
• At least 1 year of warehouse experience and 3 years of experience in wire cutting, CNC, machine operation, or production.
• At least 1 year of experience using stand-up reach forklifts, powered pallet jacks, cherry pickers, and sit-down forklifts; ability to obtain and maintain forklift certification.
• Proficiency in Eclipse, including History Ledger, Change Log, Product Activity Log, and Location Maintenance.
• Knowledge of warehouse terminology and practices, inventory systems, handheld scanners, basic arithmetic, and cut tags and comments.
• Ability to work at heights up to 28 feet and lift up to 100 pounds with assistance or mechanical equipment.
