Warehouse Associate Lead

Location: Levittown, Pennsylvania, United States; onsite warehouse position

What you will do

• Lead warehouse associates and ensure quality, productivity, and safety standards are consistently achieved.
• Assign, prioritize, schedule, and direct daily warehouse work.
• Support employee onboarding, development, performance evaluations, and resolution of team concerns.
• Move, receive, locate, pick, pack, load, unload, and palletize safety products and other materials.
• Operate or support the use of conveyors, hand trucks, pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers, banding tools, and packaging equipment.
• Maintain clean work areas and ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of cherry picker and warehouse experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push or pull up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to stand and walk for up to 10 hours.
• Ability to read and understand customer orders, bills of lading, and similar documents.
• Basic math skills and ability to learn computer software systems.

Nice to have

• Stand-up forklift experience.
• Pallet jack experience.
