What you will do
- Complete daily direct sales activities, including prospecting, submissions, and customer visits.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Prepare weekly activity plans based on sales performance against goals.
- Maintain timely premium collection and provide after-sales customer service.
- Apply direct sales best practices and complete manager-assigned projects.
- Perform AML duties, including KYC and large, suspicious, and high-risk customer transaction reporting.
Requirements
- College degree or above.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Hard-working, energetic, self-motivated, open-minded, and able to work under pressure.
- Ability to collaborate across departments.
Nice to have
- Relevant sales experience.
- Experience working overseas, in foreign trade, or on overseas projects.
