What you will do
- Plan, organize, and execute sales activities across the responsible area.
- Prospect for new business, generate customer opportunities, sign new contracts, and maintain existing accounts.
- Identify, evaluate, develop, and commercialize new and existing industrial gas applications and related equipment in China.
- Manage customer contracts, pricing formulas, renewals, service requirements, and customer complaints.
- Drive customer retention, satisfaction, payment health, DSO performance, and customer risk management.
- Collaborate with technical, marketing, engineering, delivery, and customer service teams to improve market share, operational efficiency, and delivery costs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or an equivalent field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Good working English and communication skills are required.
- Ability to work under pressure with a strong focus on integrity and safety.
- Ability to use engineering principles for process development, product testing, equipment engineering, and related technical activities.
