AVP, Advisor Solutions Manager (Fintech)

Location: Fort Mill/Charlotte, United States; requires 25–50% travel within the United States for technology discovery, site assessments, advisor onboarding, and integration activities.

Salary: $111,240–$185,400 per year.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary technology contact for advisor-affiliate acquisitions and partner institutions.
• Lead technology due diligence, integration planning, conversion activities, governance, signoff, and post-integration support.
• Coordinate requirements, dependencies, risks, funding, hardware, software, and resources across infrastructure, network, information security, and product teams.
• Conduct site visits and act as the technical lead for high-risk or complex conversions.
• Establish execution metrics, improve repeatable delivery processes, and drive issue resolution and transparency.
• Prepare executive- and board-ready reports and presentations while coaching workstream members and strengthening stakeholder partnerships.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience leading complex technology programs, infrastructure initiatives, integrations, or enterprise transformation efforts.
• At least 5 years of experience as a technology, program, or integration lead responsible for planning, governance, risk management, and end-to-end delivery.
• Experience with technology due diligence, integration planning, conversions, acquisitions, mergers, institutional transitions, or large-scale onboarding.
• Working knowledge of networking, telecommunications, infrastructure, end-user computing, messaging platforms, information security, and finance technology.
• Experience managing concurrent initiatives involving scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, issue resolution, and senior stakeholder alignment.
• Ability to travel 25–50% within the United States and support onsite discovery and integration activities.
