EO Communications Programs & Operations Lead

Location: Spring, Texas, United States of America. Relocation is available.

Salary: $93,400–$151,000 USD annually, with additional bonus and/or equity opportunities for candidates in the United States.

What you will do

• Lead planning and execution of enterprise-wide communications programs and strategic initiatives.
• Manage integrated roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables across multiple workstreams.
• Coordinate executive communications, employee engagement, change management, events, and enterprise campaigns.
• Design intake, prioritization, governance, planning cadence, and portfolio review processes.
• Track portfolio performance, resource needs, and workload visibility while supporting allocation decisions.
• Develop communications measurement frameworks, executive dashboards, and insights for decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in program management, communications operations, business operations, strategic planning, or related fields.
• Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional programs with enterprise impact.
• Experience working with senior executives and leadership teams.
• Strong project and portfolio management, governance, process design, analytical, and reporting skills.
• Exceptional written, verbal, executive communication, stakeholder management, and influence skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in executive communications, corporate communications, Corporate Affairs, or Chief of Staff organizations.
• Experience supporting transformation, organizational change, or enterprise initiatives.
• Experience with communications planning, measurement, and reporting.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled productivity tools and communications technologies.
