Lead Partnership Operations

Location: DC-Washington-TWP Headquarters; on-site five days a week

Salary: $91,800–$153,000 annual, with potential bonus or incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead operational planning for strategic partnership launches, including roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, governance, and accountability frameworks.
• Translate commercial partnership objectives into scalable operational and technical implementation plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery across Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance, Marketing, Audience, Data & Analytics, and Advertising Operations.
• Lead technical discovery covering integrations, content delivery workflows, data dependencies, platform access, operational constraints, and implementation risks.
• Design operating models, implementation playbooks, launch templates, documentation standards, dashboards, and governance reporting.
• Improve partnership operations by removing bottlenecks, addressing ownership gaps, evaluating automation opportunities, and strengthening delivery quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Operations, Engineering, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• At least 5 years of experience in business operations, partnership operations, technical program management, implementation management, product operations, consulting, or strategic operations.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional implementation initiatives from planning through launch while managing competing priorities and dependencies.
• Ability to translate commercial objectives into operational requirements, technical implementation plans, governance models, and scalable execution frameworks.
• Experience working with Product and Engineering teams and communicating effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong project management, stakeholder management, communication, organizational, systems-thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with technical integrations, digital platforms, SaaS products, content distribution, subscriptions, advertising technology, or media technology.
• Experience with AI licensing, platform partnerships, digital publishing technologies, APIs, or emerging technology partnerships.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, or similar tools.
• Experience creating executive presentations, implementation dashboards, governance reports, and launch-readiness documentation.
