Director Product Management (Pharmacy)

Location: Remote, based in Ohio, United States; occasional travel to hirify.global offices may be required for training or meetings.

Salary: $168,000–$231,000 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Conceive, develop, deliver, and manage products for customer use.
• Lead all phases of the product lifecycle from inception through market launch and ongoing optimization.
• Develop products that address customer needs and achieve defined cost and business outcomes.
• Monitor product efficacy and use customer and business partner feedback to improve products across customer segments.
• Implement strategic plans, drive goals and objectives, and improve operational performance.
• Lead large-scale programs and cross-functional initiatives while reporting to the Associate Vice President of Mail Order Pharmacy Distribution.

Requirements

• Certified SAFe® 5 Product Owner/Product Manager.
• At least 5 years of Product Owner or Product Manager experience.
• At least 3 years of leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Must work remotely from Ohio, United States.
• Dedicated workspace and reliable home internet with at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds.

Nice to have

• Experience driving significant transformation and working on very large, complex assignments.
• Ability to align cross-functional teams amid ambiguity and manage competing priorities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with business leaders.
• Quantitative and qualitative analysis experience, including trend identification and actionable insights.
• Master's degree.
