(Sr) Lead, Strategy & Operations (AI Healthtech)

Location: New York City-based candidates only; 3+ days per week in the Gramercy office with some remote flexibility

What you will do

• Design and implement operating models and system improvements that drive growth and efficiency.
• Lead strategic initiatives and special projects from problem framing through execution and measurement.
• Partner cross-functionally to align goals and deliver high-priority business initiatives.
• Analyze business metrics and data to identify growth opportunities and develop recommendations.
• Support the scaling of nationwide access to nutrition and cardiometabolic care.

Requirements

• Based in New York City and able to work from the Gramercy office at least three days per week.
• 3–6 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, strategy, or operations at high-growth companies.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to model data and draw insights.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to synthesize complex insights into actionable recommendations.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with close attention to detail.
• Comfort with ambiguity, high ownership, bias for action, and willingness to work through detailed problems.

• Experience with Excel and SQL.
