Senior Consultant - Commercial Operations & Analytics (AI)

Location: New York, hybrid. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent and ongoing basis without current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.

Salary: $100,000–$150,000 per year.

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional teams in designing and developing high-quality client deliverables.
• Advise on project direction, scope, resources, timelines, and development strategies.
• Analyze data, synthesize findings, and communicate actionable insights to internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage client communications, meetings, project timelines, and delivery with minimal oversight.
• Develop and optimize data processes, using coding to improve data handling and reporting.
• Support business development, internal initiatives, global collaboration, and mentorship of junior team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree and at least 4 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in pharmaceuticals or life sciences.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including advanced Excel expertise.
• Understanding of pharmaceutical commercial functions, including data management, sales operations, commercial analytics, and BI/reporting.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, communication, organizational, time-management, and project-management skills.
• Ability to lead teams, manage multiple projects, collaborate across diverse teams, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Permanent authorization to work in the United States without employer-sponsored work authorization.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SAS, Python, R, or VBA.
• Experience with Tableau or Power BI.
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical-sector data analytics best practices.
