Director, Strategy and Transformation

Location: Remote; Nashville, TN preferred. Ability to travel 10% of the time.

Salary: $123,900–$192,000 per year, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of high-priority strategic and enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Develop workplans, align stakeholders, build financial models, and prepare executive-ready deliverables.
• Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives, physician leaders, and board-level audiences.
• Facilitate cross-functional working sessions, steering committees, and governance forums.
• Build scalable analytical frameworks supporting data-driven strategy across the transformation portfolio.
• Drive improvements across clinical operations, revenue cycle, financial performance, and physician engagement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Healthcare industry experience, particularly in provider organizations, physician enterprises, health systems, or radiology and imaging services.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives from scoping through implementation.
• Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills, including the ability to synthesize large data sets into executive-ready insights.
• Strong written and verbal communication, critical thinking, quantitative analysis, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Master's degree in Health Administration or Business Administration with 5+ years of related experience preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Nice to have

• Management consulting experience at a recognized consulting firm.
• Familiarity with AI-driven tools and concepts, or the ability to quickly learn and apply them operationally.
