Process Engineer - Central Process Engineering (Trim and Form) (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead the qualification and implementation of trim-and-form equipment, tooling, and metrology systems.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including FMEA, Control Plans, Work Instructions, and engineering standards.
• Perform root cause analysis and corrective actions for customer complaints and complex process issues.
• Lead continuous improvement, cost reduction, productivity, quality, and yield improvement initiatives.
• Analyze process data with statistical tools and collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Product Engineering teams.
• Mentor technicians and junior engineers while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, environmental, and manufacturing standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• At least 8 years of experience in process engineering, semiconductor manufacturing, or a related industry.
• Strong expertise in trim-and-form equipment, tooling mechanisms, and manufacturing processes.
• Experience with Minitab, statistical analysis, process qualification, equipment validation, FMEA, Control Plans, and SPC.
• Proven leadership of cross-functional projects, continuous improvement initiatives, and technical personnel.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, presentation, and project management skills.
