Trust & Safety Product Manager (AI)

hirify.global builds AI companionship products, including a large consumer platform governed by its proprietary EverGuard moderation technology.

What you will do

• Translate safety policies, legal requirements, incident findings, and user feedback into product requirements, acceptance criteria, and engineering work.
• Own product improvements for EverGuard and other moderation systems, including detection capabilities, moderation rules, thresholds, and interventions.
• Lead the evaluation, integration, rollout, and ongoing performance management of third-party safety tools and partnerships.
• Build safety dashboards, recurring quality assurance processes, and monitoring for emerging risks and harmful content.
• Run red-team and adversarial testing, track findings through remediation and retesting, and establish trust and safety reviews for new features, models, and integrations.
• Coordinate product and engineering responses to significant safety incidents and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Experience working with trust and safety, compliance requirements, content moderation, or legal and safety product work for consumer-facing technology.
• Ability to assess risks involving user-generated content, transactions, and interactions and translate them into policies, safeguards, dashboards, and product plans.
• Experience with product experiments, A/B testing, data analysis, or user research and using findings to guide product decisions.
• Comfort working with AI tools, machine learning, LLMs, automated moderation, human review, and user reporting.
• Previous legal or compliance education and experience with consumer-facing features, particularly in entertainment or gaming.
• Perfectly fluent English required; comfortable reviewing uncensored AI-generated content and NSFW material.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with third-party compliance, moderation, or safety integrations.
• Experience with AI-specific laws such as the EU AI Act.
