Senior Technical Product Manager, AI

What you will do

• Own the pipeline for shared AI services and infrastructure, from ideas and prototypes through supported production products.
• Identify opportunities for central build-versus-buy decisions using cost, adoption, switching risk, and time-to-value analysis.
• Define roadmaps, success metrics, and production outcomes with engineering, data science, studio, publishing, and senior leadership stakeholders.
• Measure adoption, task success, inference cost, latency, and quality regression across AI products.
• Develop AI governance with Take-Two, Security, hirify.global Data, and Trust & Safety, including data provenance, model usage, and auditable output handling.
• Evaluate technical tradeoffs involving retrieval, fine-tuning, prompting, agentic workflows, evaluation, guardrails, and underlying data pipelines.

Requirements

• Strong product management experience taking AI or machine learning products from concept into production use.
• Ownership of a production AI system with accountability for availability, cost, and output quality.
• Practical fluency with retrieval, evaluation, fine-tuning, agentic workflows, and guardrails.
• Experience owning platform or infrastructure products for broad internal customer groups with competing priorities.
• Ability to design governance, risk, and compliance as product capabilities and communicate technical tradeoffs to executives and engineering teams.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Gaming industry experience, including AAA development, live service operations, or publishing.
• Experience building AI prototypes, evaluations, and working demonstrations.
• Hands-on experience with AI gateways, model routing, LLM operations tooling, inference spend management, and AI unit economics.
• Product experience in regulated or audit-heavy environments.
