HR Business Partner - Fulfillment Center - Nights

Location: Reno, Nevada, United States; Monday–Friday evening shift at a fulfillment center

Salary: $39.90–$63.70 per hour

What you will do

• Lead the fulfillment center HR department and oversee performance management, employee engagement, and talent development.
• Partner with managers and employees to resolve employee relations issues and strengthen leadership capabilities.
• Own orientation and onboarding, and support training initiatives.
• Analyze workforce data to identify trends and recommend improvements to performance, retention, and employee experience.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs, including local market research and job-level evaluations.
• Coordinate workers’ compensation, safety committees, accident investigations, policies, procedures, and job descriptions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field preferred; equivalent education and experience may be considered.
• 5+ years of experience in an HR business partnering role, ideally in a fulfillment or distribution center.
• 2+ years of experience leading an HR team.
• Strong employee relations, problem-solving, critical-thinking, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to influence and partner with employees and leaders at different organizational levels.
• Ability to work onsite in Reno, Nevada, on the evening shift; travel may be required.
