Senior Healthcare Quality Consultant - Medicare (Seattle Health)

Location: Based out of the hirify.global office in Seattle, Washington; remote candidates anywhere in the United States will be considered. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future immigration sponsorship.

Salary: $147,400–$279,680 annually. For specified higher-cost locations, the range is $169,510–$279,680; for all other locations, $147,400–$243,200.

What you will do

• Advise Medicare Advantage organizations on Star Ratings strategy, quality improvement, and operational performance.
• Lead CAHPS, HOS, and member experience engagements, including performance assessment and targeted intervention design.
• Translate quality measures and regulatory changes into operational priorities and actionable improvement plans.
• Develop governance structures, workplans, monitoring approaches, and accountability processes for sustained improvement.
• Contribute expertise to research, analytics, thought leadership, new consulting offerings, and client solutions.
• Mentor consultants and support business development, proposals, and client relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years of healthcare quality, Medicare Advantage, health plan operations, or related experience, including substantial Medicare Advantage Star Ratings experience.
• Experience developing and implementing quality improvement strategies and interventions.
• Significant experience with HEDIS, CAHPS, and HOS performance improvement.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into practical recommendations for health plan clients.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without immigration sponsorship is required.

Nice to have

• Experience speaking at industry conferences or presenting on Medicare Advantage quality and Star Ratings.
• Advanced degree in healthcare administration, public health, business administration, health policy, nursing, or a related field.
• Experience building consulting offerings or a Medicare quality and Star Ratings practice.
• Experience in both Medicare Advantage health plan and healthcare consulting environments.
• Healthcare quality research or industry publication experience.
