Senior Strategy Manager (Healthcare)

Location: Remote in Illinois; Chicago, IL residents preferred

Salary: $87,700–$157,800 per year

What you will do

• Develop strategic business plans, product strategies, experience roadmaps, and data-driven recommendations.
• Identify and advance growth, innovation, investment, partnership, and pilot opportunities.
• Lead strategic intelligence initiatives, including market trends, competitor analysis, internal performance metrics, talent analytics, and macroeconomic insights.
• Build competitive dashboards, evaluate expansion and product opportunities, and assess potential M&A targets.
• Manage complex cross-functional initiatives from concept through implementation and recommendation.
• Lead and mentor data analysts while providing actionable intelligence to leaders across departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Health Administration, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in healthcare market analysis, strategic planning, compliance, corporate development, or equivalent business experience, including prior lead experience.
• Experience in strategy, consulting, innovation, business development, product strategy, or experience design.
• Ability to develop business cases, perform ROI analysis, prioritize opportunities, and advise senior leadership.
• Strong strategic problem-solving, structured decision-making, executive communication, and cross-functional influencing skills.
• Chicago, Illinois residents are preferred.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• ACA health insurance or healthcare consulting experience.
• Experience translating consumer, customer, or member insights into strategy.
