What you will do

• Develop and execute category strategies for consulting services across the enterprise.
• Lead strategic sourcing events, negotiations, and supplier selection.
• Build partnerships with business stakeholders to align procurement solutions with operational and strategic goals.
• Manage supplier relationships, performance, risk, quality, and service delivery.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities, optimize third-party spend, and improve procurement processes.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Compliance, and business teams on contracts, governance, and ethical sourcing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• At least 7 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, category management, or supply chain.
• Experience developing category strategies and leading complex negotiations.
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing, communication, and business analysis skills.
• Knowledge of contract management, supplier governance, procurement best practices, and spend analysis.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and influence executive-level stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with consulting services, managed services, or professional services categories.
• Experience in a regulated or global enterprise environment.
• Proficiency with procurement systems, reporting tools, and data analysis.
