Senior Commercial Sourcing Advisor

What you will do

• Develop and implement regional and local sourcing strategies, contracting strategies, decision summaries, and supplier initiatives.
• Lead bid package development through purchase order execution, including stakeholder alignment, vendor pre-bid meetings, site walks, and request-for-proposal requirements.
• Prepare and negotiate terms and conditions for service and supply agreements, manage rate sheets, and maintain cost competitiveness.
• Analyze benchmarks, proposals, supply challenges, total cost of ownership, and should-cost models to support business decisions.
• Maintain contract compliance, master agreements, amendments, supplier performance, and risk mitigation in collaboration with legal and business stakeholders.
• Identify and execute cost savings, cost avoidance, revenue enhancement, business continuity, and strategic sourcing projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Four or more years of supply chain or relevant business experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience conducting market analysis, analyzing proposals, negotiating commercial terms, and managing supplier relationships.
• Experience with SAP, Ariba, Tableau, M365, or TRACK.
• Role based in Findlay, Ohio, United States.
