Sr Analyst, World Wide Cost Desk (AI)

Location: Longmont, Colorado, or Shakopee, Minnesota, United States; hybrid with three days in the office or full-time office. Remote work is not available.

Salary: $84,300–$120,500 per year, depending on work location, skills, experience, and education or training.

What you will do

• Support cost analysis, automation, and cost prediction for product roadmap and business decisions.
• Analyze complex product costs using Excel, KNIME, predictive analytics, and AI automation.
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify data inputs and analytics requirements.
• Lead the implementation of analytics across wider organizational teams and support long-term strategy.
• Build, maintain, and test complex KNIME and Alteryx workflows, including SQL and ETL-based processes.
• Manage analytical projects, validate data accuracy, document workflows, and communicate findings to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven background in data analysis and predictive analytics.
• Expert-level Excel skills for large-data analysis and charting.
• Knowledge of AI automation, Alteryx, Tableau, and KNIME-based business intelligence.
• Experience with SQL or ETL processes, or willingness to complete SQL training.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and time zones, primarily including China and Thailand, and attend evening meetings when required.
• Ability to work from Longmont or Shakopee with regular office attendance; remote work is not available.
