Analyst I Software Engineering

Location: Remote within the continental United States; legal US citizenship and residence on US soil required. Puerto Rico is not eligible for this account. Connecticut-based candidates are preferred.

Salary: $50,500–$93,800 annually

What you will do

• Gather requirements from business leaders and users and document project goals and technical specifications.
• Analyze software architectures to identify performance issues, security gaps, and optimization opportunities.
• Create functional designs, user stories, and Software Requirement Specification documents.
• Translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and communicate business needs to developers.
• Participate in code reviews, coordinate defect tracking with quality assurance teams, and troubleshoot production issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Programming and query language experience with SQL, Python, Java, or C#.
• Database management experience and strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Typically 0–2 years of relevant experience; some related positions may require 3–5+ years.
• Must be ITAR-compliant, provide proof of citizenship, be a legal US citizen, and reside in the continental United States.
