Senior Loan Sales Consultant (Fintech)

Location: Remote or hybrid in Texas and Florida; available in Dallas, San Antonio, El Paso, Corpus Christi, and Houston. Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday–Thursday, with an 8-hour shift between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. CST.

Total compensation: $85,000–$130,000+ per year, including hourly base pay, uncapped commission, spiffs, and incentives.

What you will do

• Convert warm leads into personal loan sales and close applications within one to two calls.
• Manage up to 20 active transactions across different stages of the sales pipeline.
• Identify customer financial needs and explain how personal loan products address them.
• Meet and exceed daily and weekly sales targets to maximize commission earnings.

Requirements

• At least three years of recent inside sales experience; outbound call center experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commission-heavy sales roles.
• Ability to use Salesforce or a similar CRM while maintaining an effective customer conversation.
• Ability to work an 8-hour shift that includes one weekend day.
• Ability to work remotely or in a hybrid arrangement from Texas or Florida.
