Loan Sales Specialist

Location: Onsite in Warsaw, Indiana, United States. Monday–Friday during standard business hours, with occasional extended hours and possible Saturdays.

What you will do

• Listen to customers’ needs and present tailored financing solutions.
• Manage customer relationships throughout the loan process and lifecycle.
• Handle loan servicing and collections activities in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Communicate with customers and internal departments by phone, email, chat, and in-house systems.
• Explain loan terms, options, and optional insurance products clearly.
• Meet individual and branch sales, service, and performance goals.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing demands.
• Ability to provide empathetic customer service and communicate clearly.
• Availability to work onsite in Warsaw, Indiana.

Nice to have

• Sales, collections, or customer service experience.
• Bilingual Spanish proficiency.
