Change Lead - Finance Transformation (Finance Transformation/ERP): Leading business adoption, stakeholder engagement, and organisational readiness across a large-scale finance transformation programme with an accent on finance processes, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, and structured change delivery. Focus on assessing change impacts, managing resistance and people risks, and embedding new systems and ways of working across a complex organisation.
Location: London, with onsite attendance 2 days per week
Salary: £650–£700 per day via umbrella; £700 per day stated for the contract.

What you will do
- Lead change management activities across a large-scale finance transformation programme.
- Develop change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement plans, communications strategies, and adoption activities.
- Drive business readiness for new finance processes and systems, including ERP-related changes.
- Build relationships with senior stakeholders across finance and operational teams.
- Support leaders and employees through change and transition.
- Identify and mitigate change-related risks, resistance, and people impacts while owning delivery throughout the programme lifecycle.
Requirements
- Experience as a Change Lead, Business Change Manager, or similar change management professional.
- Strong experience delivering finance transformation, ERP, or business change programmes.
- Experience with ERP and finance systems, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- Solid understanding of finance processes, operating models, and finance transformation.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, influencing, and communication skills.
- Experience applying ADKAR or similar change management frameworks, with a pragmatic and hands-on delivery approach.
Nice to have
- Experience in non-profit, charitable, membership, public sector, regulated, or purpose-led organisations.
- Previous involvement in large-scale ERP implementations or transformation programmes.
- Experience navigating complex stakeholder environments.
- Relevant change management certifications.
