Project Manager

Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire, hybrid working with 2 days in the office

Salary: Up to £64,000 plus 15% bonus, 12% pension, 27 days' holiday, healthcare, and 4x death-in-service cover.

hirify.global is recruiting for a project management role supporting strategic initiatives in financial services or pensions.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic projects and initiatives.
• Manage multiple projects within a structured change governance framework.
• Engage stakeholders from senior executives through to project delivery teams.
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners to maintain delivery progress.
• Manage project planning, deadlines, controls, and delivery risks.
• Translate organizational needs into achievable team objectives.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in project delivery or programme management.
• Experience in financial services or pensions.
• Strong stakeholder management, organization, planning, and communication skills.
• Recognized project management qualification such as PRINCE2.
• Experience working to deadlines and managing project risks.
• Ability to promote governance and project control best practices.

Nice to have

• Experience delivering projects in regulated environments.
• Knowledge of defined benefit and defined contribution pensions.
• Relevant degree or professional certification in project management.
• Experience coordinating stakeholders up to C-suite level.
